The Lodge Square Skillet maximizes the cooking area for bacon strips, four burgers or French toast. It's great for baking unique cakes as well.

10-1/2" square., 1-3/4" depth

Foundry seasoned, ready to use upon purchase.
Use on all cooking surfaces, grills and campfires.
Oven safe.
Sauté, sear, fry, bake and stir fry to heart’s content.

Hand wash. Dry immediately.
Rub with a light coat of vegetable oil after every use.
You may experience some sticking with new cookware so use a little oil when cooking.
Mild soapy water is fine, if you dry and oil immediately.
Lodge seasoned cast iron is right at home on any heat source, except the microwave.

The pan is too heavy for me to lift and I couldn't find out the weight before we bought it. I am 71 and would have to use two hands to carry it from the stove to the sink--where I would have to further wrestle it to clean it.

I love this skillet- is there a lid available somewhere, preferably metal?
