The Lodge 10-1/4-inch Skillet was rated as one of the two dozen essential tools in the home and kitchen (Martha Stewart Living February 2008).

We have a size and shape to meet any of your cooking needs, with assist handles for easier handling.

10-1/4" dia., 2" depth

Foundry seasoned, ready to use upon purchase.
Use on all cooking surfaces, grills and campfires.
Oven safe.
Sauté, sear, fry, bake and stir fry to heart’s content.

Hand wash. Dry immediately.
Rub with a light coat of vegetable oil after every use.
You may experience some sticking with new cookware so use a little oil when cooking.
Mild soapy water is fine, if you dry and oil immediately.
Lodge seasoned cast iron is right at home on any heat source, except the microwave.

I was looking to replace my now non-stick griddle & remembered cooking with my mom's cast iron skillet. I bought your 10 1/4 skillet and just love it. It is now seasoned perfectly and is great for everything I cook, especially eggs. I really love how it sears & browns, and the evenness of its heat distribution. I decided to write this while I was at your website buying a glass lid for this pan, and adding a 10" square skillet to my collection.

Excellent pan. I love mine. Live in AK and I like the rugged, seared-ness of my food. There's something rustic and hearty about cooking with cast-iron. Especially from an old, American family owned company.
