Foundry seasoned, ready to use upon purchase.
Use on all cooking surfaces, grills and campfires.
Oven safe.
Sauté, sear, fry, bake and stir fry to heart’s content.

Hand wash. Dry immediately.
Rub with a light coat of vegetable oil after every use.
You may experience some sticking with new cookware so use a little oil when cooking.
Mild soapy water is fine, if you dry and oil immediately.
Lodge seasoned cast iron is right at home on any heat source, except the microwave.

Just bought one of these a few months ago. I've been using cast iron cookware for years, but this is my new favorite. The size works really well for a big stir-fry or for deep frying.

It's size does make it heavy, but the extra handle on the opposite end works well.

I only have cast iron skillets to cook on. With a family of 5, this is my main stay for the family meal. You can't go wrong with this cast iron skillet.
