Replace a lost lid, or just get an extra. Iron covers have self-basting tips to allow juices to continually baste the food as it cooks.

9" dia., Self-basting. Fits 9" Skillet.

Undersides have self-basting tips dripping liquid into food, retaining vitamins.
Integral oven proof handles.
Even heat and superior cooking performance.

Hand wash. Dry immediately.
Rub with a light coat of vegetable oil after every use.
You may experience some sticking with new cookware so use a little oil when cooking.
Mild soapy water is fine, if you dry and oil immediately.
Lodge seasoned cast iron is right at home on any heat source, except the microwave.
