The 9" skillet is a great in-between size. Not too big for a smaller kitchen, but big enough to serve up a great meal. It makes a perfect batch of cornbread, and will for decades.

9" dia., 1-3/4" depth

Foundry seasoned, ready to use upon purchase.
Use on all cooking surfaces, grills and campfires.
Oven safe.
Sauté, sear, fry, bake and stir fry to heart’s content.

Hand wash. Dry immediately.
Rub with a light coat of vegetable oil after every use.
You may experience some sticking with new cookware so use a little oil when cooking.
Mild soapy water is fine, if you dry and oil immediately.
Lodge seasoned cast iron is right at home on any heat source, except the microwave.

My very first cast iron cookware is an 9 inch Lodge Logic pre-seasoned cast iron skillet. This skillet is fantastic for making quick dinners on the stove. I don’t know if it’s only me but I believe that your food comes out much more flavorful when you cook them in a cast iron skillet compared to using just an ordinary pan.
