Extremely versatile.
Fits over two stove top burners.
One side is a griddle; flip side a grill pan.
Campers and tailgaters love them.

Hand wash. Dry immediately.
Rub with a light coat of vegetable oil after every use.
You may experience some sticking with new cookware so use a little oil when cooking.
Mild soapy water is fine, if you dry and oil immediately.
Lodge seasoned cast iron is right at home on any heat source, except the microwave.

When I make pancakes on my reversible griddle (on the stove,) there are cold spots, so pancakes do not cook evenly. I've tried to preheat it in the oven, but it didn't help. Do you have any suggestions

Beware the "grease trap". Its visible in the picture but I missed it when looking.

I'm a huge fan of Lodge cast iron and bought this as my 5th piece. Cooking wise I'm sure it will be as epic as all the rest of my pans but I'm quite disappointed with the actual working area on the pan.

I previously bought the smaller Double Play Reversible Grill Griddle yet have not used it because it was not compatible with my burners and the surface area was too small.

The Reversible Pro Grid Iron Griddle is significantly larger, so does cover both my burners, but the actual working area is EQUAL or LESS than that of its smaller cousin. This is due to the grease traps that run along either side of the pan.

Love this griddle! Lamb chops, steak, bacon, eggs, pancakes-you name it! I use it every day!

My girlfriend got me this for Christmas. Less than a week later I've already cooked on it 4 times and love the way my food has come out. GOOD STUFF!!

Absolutely spectacular! I found myself making three meals a day on it on my last camping trip...eggs/bacon in the morning, panini's at lunch, and steaks or chicken grilled to perfection at night...AWESOME!
