Unfortunately while cooking on the stove top the other day our Lodge griddle made a strange noise, immediately l noticed a crack in the griddle from front edge to center. Very sad as this is the primary biscuit maker!! Got to order another now, they are the best.

just purchased this griddle and my kids say it makes the best grill cheese sandwiches they ever had, i like the eggs on this right out of the box washed and reseasoned it eggs slide around great with just a little butter
this pan goes great with growing collection of Lodge cookware
12 in 10 in 8 in skillets 12 in grill pan for great steaks and the 5 qt dutch oven now we only use cast iron for everything keep up the good work guys

just purchased this pan and i love it i reseasoned it and it works like a charm
great pan for grill cheese
i made a homemade pizza on it and worked great
me and my wife have converted totally to cast iron now and we have a nice collection going, thanks Lodge great products

Dropped my old cast iron griddle and cracked it after 20 years. Got this one, extremely bumpy. Everything I put on it sticks the second it touches the pan. Thinking about sanding it but I'm lazy. :-[ Very disappointed

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PAN! that is an understatement....this pan has produced the best scrambled eggs, buscuits , hashbrowns, quesadillas ever in the history of my kitchen; the pancakes are AWESOME. the best pan I have ever bought, Seriously.

I don't even have a spot in my cupboard for this pan because it never gets put away. I use it constantly. Pancakes, toasted sandwiches, quesadillas, and the best pizza ever. Seriously you must make pizza on this pan. The crust is amazing - crispy, crunchy on the bottom and chewy in the middle. Perfect pan!

Great griddle. I initially ready one review here calling this a "griddler" and though that Lodge had started making those appliances, but no, this is just a griddle.

I have had this skillet for years now, and it's as perfect as it was out of the box. And I use it nearly every day. Indestructible, even heat, and multi-purpose. I'll never have to buy another. Excellent value.

Love it! I use mine to make pancakes at least a few times a week. It's great for tortillas and quesadillas. My grandmother gave it to me.

HI,

i bought this griddle from amazon. i used it right away. i tried to
warm frozen roti/naan/tortillas, these are from freezer. when i make on non stick they are toasted fine. but on this griddle its stuck to the pan. any tips or suggestion ?

I LOVE cast iron cookware! The Lodge pans looked a bit deeper than the ones I grew up with, which bothered me for an unreasonable reason, but then I noticed the griddlers. I've never owned one of these before, but I am inordinately pleased with it. Nothing compares to food cooked in cast iron.

The size of this griddler works very well on the bigger sized burners of my standard stove/oven (only two sizes of burner, 4 burners total). It heats up slowly, which is something I need to adjust back to, but that's not a problem and it's very much worth it. Sometimes wonderful food takes time. I have yet to try it in the oven, but I imagine I'll be making some savory cookies on it in the near future. I'm not 100% sure of what else I can bake on it, without it having sides, but perhaps I'll eventually discover something. It will be my primary instrument for stove top cooking though.
