I use this weekly when cooking fish fillets or larger shark or tuna steaks. Arrange my seasoned, raw seafood in pan and throw the entire thing in the oven. Unwanted greasy drippings stay within the grill fins, and the final product is fantastic! I usually set the oven between 400 and 425 degrees.
