i use this pan to cook eggs, canadian bacon and english muffins at the same time. Makes the best breakfast sandwich. Grandkids are amazed to get these while camping.

This pan is a great size for making socca and pancakes. Bought several of these pans so that I could bake items and freeze (the small size makes for easy packing and freezing). This is my first cast iron purchase and am still getting used to cleaning it. One got flash rusting but oiled it and it seems fine now...hope I don't have to re-season it.

This is perfect for putting things into my smoker. I have two and use them several times a week. Works great for chicken fillets stuffed with cheese/spinach/sun dried tomatoes and wrapped with bacon. Put cheese on for the last fifteen minutes and serve from the pan.

This is a got to have pan if you make biscuits. I tried one and loved it! Went back and got two more. Very easy cleanup.

Makes the most fabulous bisquits on the planet. I never spray it with anything, just make sure that it's preheated in the oven before adding the bisquits. Cleanup is nothing beyond wiping it down with a dry cloth after it cools down. Nothing sticks.
