Bakeware

Nothing produces crispy crusts like Lodge Cast Iron and no bakeware grasps youngster’s attention like our Corn, Perch and Cactus-shaped pans!
Don’t forget to check out our world-renowned wedge pan; with eight indentions, the pan allows cooks to prepare several recipes at one time!
From cornbread, to biscuits, bread loafs, scones and more, Lodge is traditional bakeware!
It's great for making pizza, and "Mega-cookie" (a 14" giant cookie).
Our main use is for breakfast. I make fried eggs, and pancakes on it all the time. There's 9 people in our family, so it makes 6 eggs easily on it at once.
It also holds pancakes very well, and is big enough to let you make many different sizes of pancakes.
If anything slightly sticks, just use a touch of butter, or clarified butter. Preheat on medium-low (3 or 4 out of my stove's max of 10) and cooking eggs and pancakes on this temp stops them from burning, because cast iron gets really hot if you turn it, even to medium.for sensitive foods.
