A natural for big, fluffy biscuits, individual desserts, or gingerbread cupcakes.

12-3/4" x 11-3/16." Impression: 3-1/4" dia., 1" depth

Great for biscuits or cornbread.
Makes wonderful brownies and mini meat loafs.

Hand wash. Dry immediately.
Rub with a light coat of vegetable oil after every use.
You may experience some sticking with new cookware so use a little oil when cooking.
Mild soapy water is fine, if you dry and oil immediately.
Lodge seasoned cast iron is right at home on any heat source, except the microwave.

This is a got to have pan if you make biscuits. I tried one and loved it! Went back and got two more. Very easy cleanup.

Makes the most fabulous bisquits on the planet. I never spray it with anything, just make sure that it's preheated in the oven before adding the bisquits. Cleanup is nothing beyond wiping it down with a dry cloth after it cools down. Nothing sticks.
