A Lodge Color 6-quart Dutch Oven is an amazing compliment to any season, with home cooks creating soups and stews, or buttery cobblers.

6 qt., 10-3/4" dia., 4-1/2" depth, Island Spice (gradated red)

Handles and Knobs are oven safe to 500°F.
Rims are black matte enamel, cooking surface is off-white enamel.
Can be used on all cooking surfaces, including induction.
Use for any cooking technique. Use to marinate and even refrigerate.

Before using your cookware wash and dry.
The porcelain coating is very chip-resistant, but not chip-proof.
No seasoning required.
Do not use in microwaves.
Although Lodge enamel is dishwasher safe, hand washing in warm soapy water is recommended to preserve original finish.

Great Product! Also to address the "Chinese" comment, Lodge is all US made and incedibly high quality. I've cooked almost anything you can imagine in my Enamel Dutch Oven and nothing has changed with it. I have used it evey week for the past year and it is in immaculate condition! So easy to use and clean, will only buy Lodge from now on.

Our Dutch Oven has worked very well. Ours says it is manufactured in Pennsylvania. It looks like someone wants people to think that they are made in China. These aren't. You might have bought a chinese knockoff and that is your fault or you just didn't know how to cook with it.
